“Feature analysis and Design page: Jira ticket number : CAUI-2580 :Design and test plan WXCC-2369 – Analyzer UX Refresh Phase 2: Custom Historical Dashboard – New Custom Dashboard Creation DEVELOPMENT UX link: URGENT Description The Analyzer Refresh needs to provide capabilities for creating, editing and customizing Stock Historical Dashboards, so that customer can use custom reporting for data driven decision-m The Dashboard specific requirements are as follows: Users have the ability to create a new custom dashboard from the Landing Page but only with stock historical dashboards and stock historical widgets A Create New Dashboard button should initiate the custom dashboard creation process Users should be able to give a new name to the dashboard, edit dashboard name as needed Users should be able to add, edit or delete labels associated with the dashboard Users should be able to save the dashboard Users should be able to edit the dashboard Users should be able to delete the dashboard Users should be able to add widgets to the dashboard If a user is not able to save a dashboard then an error message should be displayed If a user saves a dashboard then a success message should be displayed Each dashboard name should be unique and duplicate dashboard names are not allowed. If a dashboard exists with a particular name and the user tries to create a new dashboard w then an error message is displayed A dashboard can be saved without widgets where it looks blank. In this scenario, a Ul message should indicate that the user should add and can add a maximum of 10 widgets to the The dashboard name cannot exceed 50 characters If the dashboard is not saved then options for Exporting, Scheduling, Deleting a dashboard are not available If a dashboard is not saved and the user tries to navigate from the current flow or window then a prompt is displayed indicating that the user is navigating from the dashboard and th save it or they can exit without saving Label Specific Requirements: Users should be able to add, edit or delete labels associated with the dashboard Users should be able to add a maximum of 15 labels to a dashboard Users should get notifications on creating and adding a label or when a label is deleted For Custom reports the labels are displayed in the order of creation and for stock reports they are displayed alphabetically If a label name is not completely displayed then hovering over it displays the complete label name A maximum of 6 labels are displayed in the label area with 4 being displayed as a Ul tooltip. If it is one label then the tooltip indicates +1 and if two then it indicates +2 and so on till 4 tooltip, the labels are displayed Users with admin access can add, edit or remove labels as a global action Users with local access cannot delete labels globally but can remove it from a dashboard and while removing a pop-up or warning or displayed Users with local access and those who are creating or editing a dashboard can add or remove labels locally for the dashboard and this does not affect the global variable Pre-defined labels like Stock, Historical etc will have pre-defined colors and custom labels will have a default color The pre-defined labels are Stock, Historical, Real time, Custom, Queue, Agent, Team, Contact Center Overview, Callback, Multimedia 2.2 User Experience There are UX changes needed for this feature on the following components, discussed with the PM “
